How does One Stop Talk work?
Step 1. Welcome Chat
When you contact One Stop Talk through the online chat or by calling in, an automated greeter will welcome you and ask a few questions to better understand your needs and to help pair you with the right therapist.
Step 2. Get paired with a therapist?
Then, you will be immediately connected to a registered therapist that best fits your needs for a one-hour session.
Step 3. Talk and plan
During your session, you and your therapist will talk about what you’re going through and feeling. Together, you’ll develop a plan that will help you move forward with purpose and a renewed sense of hope.
Step 4. Connect to ongoing support
If additional or ongoing services would be helpful, your therapist will offer to connect you to a One Stop Talk navigator. If you would like to continue seeking support , the navigator will immediately connect you to appropriate services as well as assist you to complete any required paperwork.
