We’re here for every kid, teen, and family across Ontario, making sure everyone feels included and welcome.

At One Stop Talk, we know that everyone is different, and we think that’s great! We are here to support all kids, teens, and families in Ontario, no matter who they are or what their situation is.
We want to make it easy for anyone under 18 years of age to get the help they need. That’s why we work hard to remove any obstacles that might get in the way. Our goal is to make sure everyone feels safe, accepted, and respected when they reach out to us for mental health support.
Land Acknowledgement
Ontario is covered by 46 treaties and other agreements and is home to many Indigenous Nations from across Turtle Island. We acknowledge that we are on the traditional territory of many nations including the Mississaugas of the Credit River, the Anishinaabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat Peoples and is now home to many diverse First Nations, Inuit and Métis Peoples. Treaties and other agreements, including the One Dish with One Spoon Wampum Belt Covenant, are agreements to peaceably share and care for the land and its resources.
Today, this meeting place is still the home to many Indigenous Peoples from across Turtle Island and we are grateful to have the opportunity to work on this land. We are mindful of broken covenants, and we strive to make this right, with the land and with each other.
We also acknowledge those of us who came here involuntarily, particularly as a result of the Trans-Atlantic Slave trade. We would like to honour and pay tribute to the ancestors of African origin and descent.
One Stop Talk is a great addition to the mental health services offered in Ontario. It lets children and teens talk to a professional and gain good coping strategies to help them in the moment.
