HOW IT WORKS

One Stop Talk is a free, confidential service that lets kids and youth under 18 years of age get
immediate mental health support with a registered therapist.

As a professional, you play a significant role in creating a support system for your young clients. You can create awareness about One Stop Talk and by informing your clients about the availability of services during after-hours and Saturdays.

Creating safe spaces to make calls at your location would also be helpful, and you’re welcome to call in with the young person you’re supporting if they give consent.

Please note, children or youth in active crisis (i.e. a danger to themselves or others) should contact Kids Help Phone, 911 or 988.
